It is constructed with metal and stoneware in the shape of a vintage tub. Porcelain holds the soap. The heavily distressed outer finish gives it that timeless primitive touch.
One thing to keep in mind...there is no drainage hole on the soap dish so tip it over once in awhile to remove excess drops of water from collecting in the tub.
